Hey, I’m Alicia, the Founder of Create Connect. Firstly I feel so blessed and honoured to be taking Creators to Cannes this year, so I want to give the first thanks to my Lord and saviour Jesus christ ! I first made it to Cannes in 2022 on a sponsored programme, and while I’m forever grateful for that start, it sparked a deeper mission in me. I saw where things could be better, and I knew I wanted to create a legacy that actually lasts. My faith is my compass. I lead with Christ at the center of everything I do, and as a student of the Bible, I’m big on operating with radical honesty, trust, and truth. 2026 will be my fourth year at the festival, and I’ve realised my purpose for being there isn't just about my own growth, it’s about opening doors so others can get what they need, too. Cannes has been such a blessing to me, and others around me. It’s opened long-term doors and built relationships that changed my life. Now, I feel a real responsibility to take everything I’ve learned and make sure that every creator and brand we bring along has an experience that is just as fruitful. So I'm making an open commitment, as it's my responsibility to ensure every brand, agency, creators, community partner that engages with us leaves with more that what they came with. Love - Alicia x

We commit to total transparency in our sponsorship distributions, our partnership terms, and our decision-making processes. Brands and creators alike will always know where funds are allocated and how success is measured. 3. Safety & Protected Spaces The festival can be a daunting environment. We pledge to provide a "home base" that serves as a safe psychological and physical space for our creators. We prioritise the well-being of vulnerable individuals and ensure that no one has to navigate the Croisette alone or unsupported. 4. Accountability & Reporting We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for harassment, discrimination, or exploitation. We commit to: Listening: Creating open channels for creators and partners to share concerns without fear of retaliation. Reporting: Promptly and professionally reporting any misconduct to the Cannes Lions Official Festival organisers and appropriate authorities. Action: Taking immediate steps to protect our community members if a situation arises that compromises their safety or dignity. 5. Active Listening We are a community-first organisation. We promise to continuously listen to the needs of our creators and the goals of our brand partners, adapting our support to ensure everyone leaves Cannes stronger, safer, and more connected than they arrived.
